Patchmakers USA manufactures custom patches embroidered, PVC, woven, chenille and leather for businesses, uniforms, teams, the military and motorcycle clubs.
Buyers came burned by past orders: colors that didn't match the artwork, fuzzy detail on small text, high minimums, and turnaround that missed the event they were made for. Ordering a patch had become a gamble instead of a supply decision.
The goal was a program buyers could trust every time accurate to the artwork, mill-grade in quality, with no minimums and a timeline you could plan around.
The Challenge

Fine detail, small lettering and gradient logos are where cheap patches fall apart — text goes muddy, colors drift, edges fray. Translating a flat digital logo into thread or molded PVC without losing the brand is a genuine craft, not a print job.
